The Nicolay Loft project involved the complete renovation of a 5-story historic building near Washington Park into ten contemporary condominiums and a first floor restaurant space. The stairway was extended, leading to a new roof deck with magnificent views of the city in all directions.  CITYSTUDIOS was involved in the project from start to finish, from initial surveys of the space and existing conditions drawings to construction documents and construction administration.
