3CDC (Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation)

The Tea Company Townhomes project involved the complete renovation of three historic Over-the-Rhine buildings into (8) condominiums, (1) fee-simple single family home, and a white-boxed commercial space. The design for this project attempted to create contemporary, modern units within historic shells. To enlarge the sense of space within the units, the design utilized multiple openings through floor levels - bringing light and air into various spaces, and create a feeling of connection between different parts of the units.
