Mercer Commons is a residential mixed-income development consisting of contemporary renovations of twenty-two existing historic structures, new townhouses, multi-family construction, and a new 220 space parking garage in the Washington Park area of the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio. This exciting reconstruction of an entire urban neighborhood was completed in collaboration with City Architecture of Cleveland, 3CDC of Cincinnati, and McCormack Baron Salazar of St. Louis. The project brings a vital mix of affordable and market rate rental housing, condominiums, and commercial storefront spaces to the area, injecting new life and energy. The new parking structure serves Mercer Commons as well as the newly revitalized Vine Street commercial district.
