The Osborne development project undertook the renovation of three historic Over the Rhine buildings into (11) market-rate condominiums, both flats and townhomes, and a white-boxed commercial space. The buildings share a central courtyard that is split between tenant and commercial use. Our goal for this project was to create efficient, modern units within historic shells, and to maintain some of the original character of the buildings. New openings were added facing the interior courtyard to open some units up to light on both sides.
