Located in Williamstown, KY, CITYSTUDIOS designed the Helton Point Apartments to provide much needed affordable family housing for the city.  Located on a ridge at the end of a residential street, the project was designed with four, 3-story buildings that gently step down the sloped site.  Total project included 23 apartments (a mix of two and three bedroom units), with amenities including a laundry room, leasing office, community room, private deck or patios for each apartment and a community play area.
