As part of the on-going revitalization effort in the Roselawn neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio, City Studios has designed a new 50 unit senior living apartment building.  The project will afford local residents a safe, accessible housing option, allowing them to remain in their neighborhood and contribute to the vitality of the area. The project will also have first floor commercial space that will be available to the Roselawn community.
