3CDC (Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation)

 City Studios and 3CDC are working to transform the southwest corner of 15th and Vine in the Over-the-Rhine Historic District.  The project is the combination of four existing historic structures and the vacant lots in between.  The project will combine these existing buildings and provide new infill to create a new office building with first floor commercial space.  The goal is to create a well-designed, site specific, contemporary and contextual building that stitches together a complicated site, successfully anchoring the corner and defining the street edge while creating marketable office and retail space.
