CITYSTUDIOS was the design architect for the total renovation of three historic mixed-use buildings in Over-the-Rhine that now house Cintrifuse, a non-profit, new business incubator, accelerator and mentoring program. One of the buildings, 1313 Vine Street houses a large historic beer hall that has been converted into a business and co-working event space. Union Hall is also home to The Brandery and CincyTech. In addition to leading the design, CITYSTUDIOS completed state and federal historic tax credit documentation for the project. The facility includes co-working spaces, conference center, classrooms, event spaces, roof deck, cafe and restaurant.
