The goal of this project is to add a small addition to the east side of the Local Union 392 office building.  The addition will provide a new accessible entrance lobby, a new elevator and new accessible restrooms.  In addition, the project includes interior office renovations geared to better group existing functions in the building and provide access to the new lobby space.  The new addition is designed to complement the existing scale and materiality of the existing historic 1920’s building and incorporates terra cotta panels, stepped brick and metal panels, which adds varying texture.
