TWG Development

 CITYSTUDIOS is the architect for the renovation of the former Sands Montessori School, which is being converted to affordable senior housing. Located in the West End, the building was part of Cincinnati’s public education system from 1912 until recently. The building will be transformed into 65 studio, one, and two-bedroom affordable senior apartment units. The original auditorium will be maintained for community use and the original historic casework, trim, chalkboards, windows, and other decorative elements throughout will be maintained to the greatest extent possible.
