CITYSTUDIOS is the architect for the renovation of the former Woodward High School, which most recently housed School of Creative and Performing Arts. Located in Over-the-Rhine, the building has a long history and has served as a cornerstone for Cincinnati’s education system from 1910 until it’s closure in 2010. The building is being transformed into 142 apartment units. From chalkboards and casework to the theater and gymnasium, the historic elements of this school building will be preserved within the Alumni Lofts.
