Phase 2 & 3 of the Parkside development is located south of the completed Phase 1 and continues the resurrection of a formerly blighted neighborhood. The second phase of the Parkside added 36 new affordable family apartments in three new structures. The third phase will add an additional 36 new affordable family apartments in three new structures. The buildings house a mixture of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units and a communal laundry room.
