The Housing Authority of Newport - Neighborhood Foundations

The Housing Authority of Newport, Kentucky and the city of Highland Heights have joined forces to create a new senior living community in Highland Heights, Kentucky.  The development will have 104 one-bedroom apartments and seven stand-alone duplex units.  The project is loaded with amenities specifically designed for the senior population. The development includes a community room, a cafeteria, a media room accommodating 100 guests, a fitness center, meeting rooms, a hair salon and a medical clinic.  The project also has several well-designed outdoor gathering spaces, walking paths and a community garden.
