Deanna has more than 17 years of experience working with diverse building types and an extensive background in the redevelopment of existing structures in Cincinnati. Her work has included high-end residential, commercial and industrial renovations, restaurants, stores and single and multi-family affordable housing projects. Sylvia Cleveland Sylvia is essential in all of City Studios Architecture’s historic rehabilitation projects. She has over seven years of experience in historic preservation and has worked on projects in Georgia, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, New York, and West Virginia. Prior to joining City Studios Architecture, she worked for a reputable Cincinnati-based historic preservation consulting firm, where her work included historic tax credit rehabilitation projects, large-scale architectural surveys, historical research, and the preparation of HABS/HAER documentation. She also has experience working as an Architectural Historian for a government agency reviewing historic project submittals. Sylvia has developed superb relationships with local, state, and federal government agencies that review historic certification applications. Allen Williams Allen, a graduate of Syracuse University, is a LEED Accredited Professional.
